Our Mission:
We exist to save, equip, and encourage people to live a life for Jesus Christ. We will SEE a harvest in our generation.
Our Story:
Most people go through life feeling lost and wondering why they are here. They feel confused, desperate, and anxious as they face life alone.
Here at HPC, we believe that meaning and direction are found in following Jesus. When you receive the Gospel of Jesus that we preach and teach, you will learn what it means to walk in clarity, joy, peace, and Christian community. You no longer have to face life alone.
Our Key Verse:
“The harvest truly is plentious, but the labourers are few…” – Matthew 9:37
Our History:
In 1986, Perry and Janice Grose founded Cecil Upper Room Gospel Tabernacle, an evangelistical work stemming from the Upper Room Gospel Tabernacle in Joppa, Maryland. In 1989, this growing congregation purchased a building at 340 Old Bayview Road in North East, Maryland, where it has thrived for over 30 years. In recent years, the church was renamed Harvest Pentecostal Church to reflect the heart of its pastors and their vision to harvest many souls for God.
